Falcon Project came to Stucco Boy because the house needed new stucco since the old one was falling apart. If the stucco has not been taken care of when cracking or bubbling happens over time it can become worst. For this project it was time for a redo.
The homeowners also wanted to change the color of the stucco. The new color is darker, they chose a blue-gray, that not only modernizes the home but it also makes the house stand out in between all the vegetation.
The result of the new stucco is a better looking house because the color is vibrant and modern, and it also brings peace of mind to the homeowners because they don’t have a to worry about the foundation of the house having water intrusion.
The old stucco was a yellow color which made the home look outdated. After so many years the color also had become dull and discolorations throughout the house could be seen.
The most important part of this project was to get the stucco up since the foundation had been exposed when the old stucco felt apart.
By re-stuccoing the whole house we were able to help waterproof the base of the house, so the foundation would not be getting any more water intrusion.
