The Collis Project just needed a refresher to maintain the stucco for many more years. Stucco Boy was able to help keep the stucco in a good condition by addressing cracks and discoloration with a new coat of stucco. They also helped changed the color of the house for a more modern look.
Collis Project was a traditional stucco job for Stucco Boy. Traditional in the way that had a regular step by step process with a sand finish.
The house received complete re-stucco through the whole house without any disruptions or alterations.
Regular stucco can last up to 50-80 years but it has to be taken care of.
In this case, the stucco was cracking and the homeowners wanted to change the color of their house, so they decided to re-stucco the home and paint to the desire color.
The new color, blue gray, goes well not only with the style of the home but with the color of the front porch and deck in the back.
A modern look is achieved with this new color which brings the Collis project into the modern era of design.
