Fog coating is a process in which fog, basically made out of three ingredients: white Portland Cement, lime and pigmented color (powder) to match the desired color of the existing stucco, is applied with a pneumatic sprayer.
It might seem like paint but it is not. Fog coating does not block the porous material that composes stucco and let’s it breathe so there are no problems of moisture retention on the walls of the home.
Fog Coating also helps to even out the color of stucco if it has discoloration.
The result is a beautiful color and now the homeowners don’t have to worry about it for a long time.
