Stucco Boy was responsible for giving Granvia Altamira the upgrade necessary to make it the stunner that it deserved to be. The Spanish style home received a new layer of stucco and an upgrade in lighting.
The homeowners chose a cat face finish which is achieved by leaving some texture base coat visible in a pattern or randomly on the smooth layer of stucco.
This finish adds to the Spanish Style of the home not only in character but also in texture. By adding these finishes the house looks more authentically Spanish.
Spanish style home feature smooth stucco, a water fountain and a courtyard. Granvia Altamira has all those features, the one missing was the water feature in the entrance of the house and Stucco Boy was able to built it with the help of Hardscape Concepts.
The combination of the white stucco and the red clay roof tiles makes the house stand out from the vegetation surrounding the house. The white color of the stucco not only adds elegance to the house but it also adds charm and character.
The result of the upgraded stucco, the fountain on the driveway and the extra lights bring this home from the dingy, obscure side of the mountain to the brighter, cohesive look of a true Spanish Style home.
