Monarch
This Monarch project was one of the biggest residential new construction we have done. Since everything was new, there is no before but only after which is a stunning gem to decorate the mountains.
This stucco project was a new construction project featuring smooth stucco. It has given this house the complete look since the color applied matches well the design of the home and it ties into the Mediterranean style.
The earth tones of the stucco make the residence pop and even though the color blends with nature, it also stands out against the mountain.
The homeowners decided on a glass balcony, so as not to block the view of the house with railings or any other material.
The end result is a stunning house that brightens the mountain side.
