Melida Stucco project was an interesting one because we had to get rid of the wood siding on the garage side to apply stucco.
The wood siding on the wall of the garage had to be changed because it was starting to fall apart and it made the house look old fashioned.
Since the homeowners wanted to change the color of the house, this was the perfect moment to get rid of the wood siding and change it to stucco.
The new stucco color matches well the style of the house and by getting rid of the wood siding and replacing it with stucco the homeowners have made the house look cohesive.
The façade of the house is now complete because on the exterior the only material visible is stucco not counting the wood accent on the front porch.
The final product is a better looking stucco throughout the house. The design has uniformity and the color complements not only the style of the house but also the design.
